Meditation has been so fundamental along my pelvic journey. During this guided meditation, I'll take you through an easy breathing exercise that you can use any time you're feeling overwhelmed. I'll then take you through a pelvic bowl specific guided meditation. All my sessions are one on one and is a donation based 'pay what you can' system.
