Meditation has been so fundamental along my pelvic pain journey. During this guided meditation, I'll take you through an easy breathing exercise that you can use any time you're feeling overwhelmed. I'll then take you through a pelvic bowl specific guided meditation, of my own creation. After the meditation, we'll discuss how you're feeling, and how we can integrate my meditation style into your life. It's important to note that meditation is a practice, not something to perfect, so be kind and gentle with yourself, especially if you're new to meditation. This class is one-on-one via Zoom.
